Dr Chaandini Subramaniam graduated with honours from Moscow Medical Academy.

She moved to Queensland and joined The Gold Coast University Hospital initiating her Paediatric specialist training, working across the state including Queensland Children’s Hospital. She continued her  Paediatric training across NSW and Victoria. She successfully obtained her FRACP Fellowship in Pediatrics and Child Health in 2023.

She has extensive knowledge and a wealth of experience in early infancy, especially colicky babies, sleep-settling and common postnatal issues, but ultimately found her niche in Developmental Paediatrics, especially diagnosing and managing children with possible ADHD ,ASD, behavioural issues in young and older children, and developmental delays in children.

Other than English, she is fluent in Russian, Malay, Tamil, Hindi and Malayalam and comes from a rich cultural background.

She now lives in Perth with her husband and 3 young girls, who are her driving force to continue pursuing excellence in health for children and their families.  She is a member with Medecins Sans Frontieres (doctors without borders) and one day hopes to work with underprivileged children.
